Birdie is a director and photographer known for crafting tender, artful work that feels deeply human. With a background as an Art Director at Leo Burnett Toronto, she created campaigns for brands including Procter & Gamble, Kellogg’s and Bell before transitioning into directing to focus fully on storytelling.

Her short documentaries have earned recognition from The Atlantic, Vimeo Staff Picks and international festivals. Her commercial work has been recognised at Cannes, the Clios and The One Show, including Gillette’s award-winning First Shave campaign and White Ribbon’s powerful Short Life Stories and My Friend, Max Hate, tackling gender-based violence and online radicalisation.

Across documentary and commercial work, Birdie creates films that move people — to feel, to reflect and to act.
