Max Brady has been in production for more than 30 years across multiple platforms including Film & TV.  She is an industry power-house, involved in many domestic and international organisations that work towards improving knowledge bases, retaining and encouraging talent in the industry and pushing for a more diverse and inclusive industry. She holds an MA in Gender and Equality, and a DipCorpGov in corporate governance. Executive and Management Board member of the Institute of Creative Advertising and Design for seven years, and recipient of their Life Time Achievement Award. She is currently Chair of the Screen Producers Ireland GEDI sub committee and her leadership in Bodacious has led to the company being the first independent production company in Ireland to achieve B Corp certification.
